Frequently Asked Questions about our online Days of Awe form:

How long will it take to complete the form?

From start to finish, it should take about 5-10 minutes to complete the form.

When are forms due?

Submit your form as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, July 12, 2017 so the seating committee can respond to as many special requests as possible.  You may always submit an additional form if you need to add additional items later, for example a listing in the Book of Remembrance or volunteering for Torah Reading.

How do I pay for everything?

Pay online by credit card or e-check.  We encourage you to consider using our new e-check feature, which allows you to use your regular paper check to pay online.  E-checks significantly reduce TIC’s operating expenses because the associated processing fees are much lower than those of credit cards.

What if I don’t want to pay by credit card or e-check?

Please submit our paper form, which is available to download here.

What if I need financial assistance?

Please submit our paper form, which is available to download here.

What if I have specific questions or requests about my seats?

Contact [email protected], or speak to someone in person at the Seating Committee’s “office hours” in the TIC library on:

  • Thursday, June 22, 9:00 - 10:30am
  • Wednesday, June 28, 12:00 - 1:30pm
  • Thursday, July 6, 7:30 - 8:30pm
  • Tuesday, July 11, 12:00 - 1:30pm

I still have questions.  Whom do I contact?

Contact Executive Director Marty Greenberg at 914-948-2800 x 119 or [email protected].
