How long will it take to complete the form?

From start to finish, it should take about 5-10 minutes to complete the form.

When are forms due?

Submit your form as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, July 12, 2017 so the seating committee can respond to as many special requests as possible.  You may always submit an additional form if you need to add additional items later, for example a listing in the Book of Remembrance or volunteering for Torah Reading.

How do I pay for everything?

Pay online by credit card or e-check.  We encourage you to consider using our new e-check feature, which allows you to use your regular paper check to pay online.  E-checks significantly reduce TIC’s operating expenses because the associated processing fees are much lower than those of credit cards.
